  Standard 8,5-mm IOLs (Artisan^® Lens) can not be used in a case of:
  Congenital Cataract. The standard dimensions have to be reduced proportionally
  (overall size, optic size, etc…).
   

• Iris or Pupil Reconstruction IOL (Combined Coloured Material and Clear PMMA)
  Iris Reconstruction IOLs (Artisan^® lens) with coloured haptics (blue, brown or green) can be used for anterior segment reconstruction in case of iris damage. Or when an iris coloboma must be closed.
